1. Agreement

By using sparkling.com.gh, the Sparkling Telegram bot or the web app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. The service is operated by Swarming Labs Ltd (“Sparkling”).

2. Who Can Use Sparkling

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You must not be a restricted person or use the service from a restricted jurisdiction, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions, or anywhere a feature is not permitted.
  • Sparkling may ask you to verify your identity at any time.

3. What the Service Is

Sparkling lets you prepare and execute swaps across supported networks and, where available, trade tokenized stocks, perpetual futures on Hyperliquid and Lighter, Up/Down options, pre-IPO perpetual contracts and prediction markets, with the help of an AI agent. The features are described on the Sparkling home page. The agent proposes trades; every trade requires your explicit confirmation. Some features are not available in every country, and features may change.

4. What the Service Is Not

Sparkling is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, exchange, money transmitter or fiduciary. Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.

5. Risks

  • Crypto prices are volatile and you can lose all the funds you trade.
  • Leverage can cause liquidation and losses larger than expected.
  • Smart contracts, bridges, oracles and third-party infrastructure can fail.
  • Laws, taxes and the availability of features can change.
  • Prices can move between quote and execution, and network fees are not refundable.
  • Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, including those sent by mistake or to a scammer.

6. Your Responsibilities

Give accurate information, follow the law, keep your Telegram account, email and devices secure, check every trade before confirming it and report any unauthorised access. You must not use the service for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, money laundering, evading geographic or identity controls, scraping, malware or impersonation.

7. Compliance

Sparkling may carry out identity, sanctions and transaction checks, and may restrict, suspend or close accounts where the law or these terms require it.

8. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for your own taxes. Sparkling’s fees are shown in each quote before you confirm; network and third-party fees may also apply.

9. Intellectual Property

Sparkling and its logo are trademarks of Swarming Labs Ltd. You may use this site’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other names, such as Telegram, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Polymarket, xStocks, Turnkey and Bebop, belong to their owners.

10. Third-Party Services

Sparkling connects to third-party wallets, liquidity providers and markets that have their own terms. Sparkling is not responsible for those services.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Sparkling is not liable for indirect losses, trading losses, market movements or third-party failures, and its total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the previous 12 months or US$100.

12. Suspension, Termination and Changes

You may close your account at any time. Sparkling may suspend or end access for reasons such as a breach of these terms or a legal requirement, and will give you a reasonable chance to withdraw assets where the law allows. Material changes to the terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.
